Ordering.

Orders can be placed by calling us on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.   Fax orders can be sent anytime.   E-mail order can be sent anytime and we will call for payment information.   Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped next business day.   No minimum order required.   All purchase order must mail or Fax to us with your credit reference and company information.   You can always speak to a person, not machine.

Prices are subject to change without notice.   Check our Web Site for current price.

Shipping.

Most orders are shipped same day via US Postal Service, DHL or Federal Express.

Sales Taxes.

New Jersey customers must add 7% sales tax to their orders or provide an "Exempt Use Certificate/ST-3 Form".

Payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, prepaid check or purchase order (Please Fax or mail your purchase order to us).

Balance subject to finance charge.

You can avoid paying finance charges on any purchase if you pay, by the payment due date shown on the invoice. When there is a balance subject to finance charge on your account, you will be assessed a finance charge at a periodic rate of 1.65% per month (annual percentage rate: 19.8%). A minimum finance charge of $1.00 will be assessed for any billing period in which a finance charge of less than $1.00 is due. However, if you are a public school or governmental agency you will not be subject to a finance charge.

Defective Item Returns.

Defective items will be exchange or refund within 30 days.

Terms for Return Policy.

Call us 1-732-494-3444 within 30 days of your purchase with full refund except custom-made order. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
